Back then when Svc 28 use to be Partial Aircon , and obviously with this they didn't bother to update it , remember 28 use to have LO2x i think before the VSO came in...
Eh, SBST doesn't even bother updating the information board at interchanges unless they are shifting to/from a temporary location. The one at Toa Payoh is correct as of 23rd or 28th March 2004, no 57, 59 on the maps.

thanks in advance! =)
From 1995 Edition:
Pasir Ris Int, (Dr 3), Pasir Ris St 52, Dr 1, (Dr 8, Tampines Ave 12, Ave 9, Ave 7), Tampines Int, Tampines Ave 5 (Blk 147), PIE, ECP, Airport.
Same for return trip.
Basically its S15's route to Tampines Ave 7, then out via Ctrl 2 to Ave 5. Think last time Tampines Stadium doesnt have any bus stop.

yes.. There was a link from Pasir Ris to Changi Airport/Tampines all the while. Well... almost.
27 starts the ball rolling by its extension to Pasir Ris.
Then 27 cut back while 15 introduced. This was like 1996
About a year later in 1997 53 extended from Hougang Ave 1 to Changi Airport.
then in 1999 27 was extended to Sengkang and subsequently Hougang
and viola.

It says SBS9888Y removed them.
If anyone likes MBO405s, why do you like them?
Took 560B on 8N and the engine noise when the bus was travelling on expressway was so defeaning, and so annoying, so irritating - I could barely tahan it. The engine noise is the bus equivalent of a rocket taking off - I hate it!
Hoping to listen to your MP3 players using normal earphones? Hoping to take a nap in the bus? Forget it.
Darn it, I hate MBO405s! And I can't wait to see them all go for lay-up. It's a good thing I aren't residing in Ang Mo Kio/Toa Payoh area.
Why does anyone like MBO405s? Speed?

You can seat at the front instead. You would not hear the loud sound but fell the stable and speed. The spped limiter also play a part of making it so loud.
Well, I sat opposite the rear door. Granted, I would hear less of the engine noise if I sit at the first row of seats, but I find it quite inconvenient to be restricted in the choice of seats.
Anyway, do DM3500s do 8N (given that is the only other viable choice of SD buses in SLBP for nite services)?
I am glad that the newer buses have comparatively comfortable engine sounds.
On a sidenote, N113 CRBs have nice engine sounds, but their vibration is annoying too.
