one accident occured on Sv 859... one passenger got stucked by the door and bus just drove off
but what happens later was of some differences as claimed by driver and victim's mum
How did that commuter get stuck in the first place? It must have been painful..

passenger is a child. her left leg kena gripped by the exit door when it closes. then the bus moved and the child kena towed by a few metres away then the BC start noticed and come to a halt.
nowadays SMRT BCs are not helpful...

Most likely is the rear exit door the passenger got stuck. But is inside or outside the bus?

http://singaporeseen.stomp.com.sg/singaporeseen/viewContent.jsp?id=44807Imagine the pong if you are aboard the same bus as this uncle, who was seen munching on his cuttlefish aboard a bus.Worse, the well-dressed man displayed third-world behaviour, stuffing the empty packet in between the gaps of the bus seats after he was done.Esther was disgusted. She told STOMP:
"This well dressed uncle was having a good time eating a packet of cuttlefish on board of bus 70.
"The cuttlefish smell in the air-con bus was terrible.
"After he finished, he folded the empty packet nicely and stuffed it into the gap between the bus seats."Double decker bus so packed they stand on 2nd level
http://singaporeseen.stomp.com.sg/singaporeseen/viewContent.jsp?id=44813People standing in a crowded bus may seem like a normal scene, but not when it is on the second level of a double decker.
STOMPer Alex was travelling aboard SBS Bus Service 143 when he saw passengers standing on the upper deck of the bus, because it was so crowded.
He said:
"It was a double decker bus and the second level was just so packed that passengers had to stand.
"There were more than 10 people standing on the upper deck of the bus.
"It was so dangerous and the worst thing was that the bus driver kept letting people in."
ur 1st link i cannot go in.
and the 2nd article, judging from their ages, they are more likely youngsters, maybe they all participating somewhat amazing race, then for e.g. got 100 teams registered, but well since 143 maybe only route to their desired destination, they all don wan to lose out, they don mind standing on upper deck since they thinks they all more alert and squeezy somemore.
The BC allowed standing on the second level? Think the BC may get reprimanded.
Wow the bus 143 one....kudos man hehe!
