Quite impossible. That bought 900 KUBs, so I doubt they will "invest" on another models in years to come

Who knows maybe Mk3s , Mk4s will be transferred to AMDEP / BRBP/SLBP to take over full Merc service like 90 , 94, 135 , 139 , 142 , 145 , 155, 232 , 235, 333 , 334 , 335. But i guess 333 , 334 & 335 may highly get Mk4s as it happened before and 335 has a Mk4 now , SBS2749L.

Anyone knows where are SBS273E,SBS285X,SBS287R,SBS423P,SBS425J and SBS562X?havent been seeing them often on svc 59 recently.

273E 285X 287R around yesterday. 562X left 59 replaced by 152X la..423P 425J left 59 on monday due to K230, likely on laid up status.

Yea. I took it on Tuesday evening on 66 and i was suprised that it had the similar gearbox sound of the SMRT's O405s. Thought i took a cross-breed bus from SMRT O405+SBST DM body -

Haizz.my father said there was something wrong with SBS425J that day when we took it.there was a loud chugging sound coming from the engine when it sped at loyang ave.and the chugging sound was too loud when the bus moved off from a stop also.but it sure sped well and its aircon was very good too.not to forget its extra left and right view round mirrors fitted below the original mirrors.SBS423P good bus too.very good aircon also.i am going too miss them.sad.but luckily,i got tickets of them. -

Exterior.the extra round mirrors is fitted just below the original left and right view exterior mirrors.it is like those trucks with lots of left view mirrors on the exterior left side.buses also look quite cool with them too.but sadly SBS425J maybe going off soon.other buses also have it such as SBS181L,SBS271K,SBS3772L,SBS3773J,SBS3653Y,SBS3665M,SBS3679Z,SBS3705G. -
Why sbs didnt leave some of the merz nac lyk the scania n113. it would be great to take a nac merz, since i nvr take b4...

Yesterday while i was standing at the bus stop,SBS289K arrived.then when it stopped,there was a loud chugging sound coming from the engine exactly like SBS425J.the only difference was SBS289K's chugging sound was more loud and defeaning.when the bus moved off from the bus stop,the chugging sound got faster and the sound was ear blasting.i wonder what is the reason among this chugging sound.it seems to be getting common among the merc.

If SBS had left some of the merc as NAC,the merc would be scrapped faster like the N113s.i know with the great speed the merc has and together with the wind blowing rapidly in your face,it would be great to take a ride on a NAC merc.
