the seat backs. and also look at the flooring. SLBP only do re-flooring at the entrance and the rear. Do look at the hand rails too, SLBP change them to the K230UB type one. -

Seems that even the merc badge is gone too! Doesn't have the 303C look...
I just realise the broken cover of the door cock...SBS397G? What is the VIN of SBS397G?

The SBST logo looks very similar as well. SBST logo at the nearside, the position of the last t and the 2nd door cock.

The body of 0320C has already been disposed of. -
When I first saw the bus on Sv105 at S'goon Int after a few days it came out from lay-up, the first thing I noticed was it's licence plates (both front and rear) had been changed (i.e. those types you would see after a bus went for refurbishment). Then I noticed that the rims looked so different from before. I was thinking, how the hell can a bus accumulate so much dust inside SLBP when doing repair works that it's rim guards have to be taken off too??
The photo taken by ngjy22 was about roughly a few weeks after 0303C entered SLBP. It did the National Day Rehearsal shuttle on one particular week and that was the last time both me and him ever saw it fine. A few days later it met an accident on Sv66.
I would not deny that the front cover was replaced due to the original one being damaged, but the air-con, the rims and some other tiny bits of changes makes it looks as if the body of the bus was changed and given a thorough "refurbishment" and ta-da, a freshened up 0303C.
I'll try to locate it's VIN soon and hopefully we can solve the mystery of this bus.

Even if they change all the rims, at least the axles shld be bright, nt so dirty. -

Maybe SBST painted over it.I don't think it's possible SBST can change the rego plate to a bus that's supposed to be in another status, say, laid up or deregistered. LTA matak will come after them.

I rode on that bus today. The seats are clean, free of unwanted tickets from the previous rego, only got the 0303 tixs slot on them. I dunno where they place the VIN plate...
rego plate at the rear changed as well. Ezlink reader case, the most front changed to orange purple case, the rest remains unchanged.

For Mercs, there are two places where you can locate the VIN.
One is the manufacturer's plate, usually at the front of the bus (for WA) or beside the bus specs plate, which on the DM its at the top rear of the driver's cabin, above (but off set) the drivers cabin window.

U got take the ceiling? Like any obvious works done as they replaced the A/C?
