  crossover means a bus doing another svc to replaced a bus if I am right. Like eg. SBS2667P does svc 34 from morning to afternon but it the evening, it crossover to svc 119 to replaced that paticular perm bus...

  a bus that is usually doing one particular service but later that same bus and driver jumps to another service usually to cope with certain demands.
