for 185 drivers, since the DDs are split, SDs are full day. No issue for rotation. same goes for 59.
arbp 10 14 and 65 are the same.. since all are DDs, there's also no issue for rotation.

I'm not so sure about that.
For example, once the JIS services had ADDs on the S shifts, the A/P shift buses also became perm on a particular shift and BCs rotated among the buses.
