hi everyone
im the admin from www.i3event.com, this is a new website that has a 'Search for Transport' capability which let u find your transport needed from point A to point B.
this website is still in beta, if you find any bug or error result, pls let me know.
thanks.
currently the ranking i used is purely based on overall distance, with MRT distance >> Bus distance >>> Walk distance. meaning, priority given to mrt and less walking. So if the path travel is roughly the same, MRT solution will be rank higher than bus solution.
2nd criteria is the MRT/BusStop should be within 200m from Start/End point, i do not want to display a solution that require anyone to walk more than 200m to reach the MRT/BusStop.
anyway if Bus 13 satisty the 200m criteria, it should be display as solution 2.
There r other criteria not included in the ranking, such as Express/Non-express Bus. Thats why i display 15 solution (max) for user to choose the solution.
if i can figure out how to merge , cost effectiveness - distance - express/non-exprees as a single factor, i will implement that as next upgrade.
btw thanks for the feedback.

Dude, your solution do not hold water.
Why
Going by your logic, YCK is within 200m of AJC and should be considered as the most direct point to point solution, Why do I say that, Your reference point is based on lat/long and not a reference landmark. It is thus inaccurate to point out that it is more than 200m to walk from AJC to YCK for I can tell you i took my refeence point from the power grid or even the stadium where there is a side gate.
So when is beta 2.0 coming?
