Last bus must follow schedule and must not be 3 minutes earlier or else he will be questioned.

Technically speaking all BC's last trip at night cannot be too early. Its human nature to want to finish the trip asap and go home early. Though its enforced on all the P shift's last trip, the OCC will particularly monitor the last bus of the day.

For some Svc 147 BCs, the last bus departing from hougang Int can be as late as 2345hrs.
143 last trip keep chiong also just nice. 1hour 10mins to complete journey.

people who miss the last bus becos BC was early will start screaming... so this last bus enforcement is better
