Whic service do you think it will be deployed on? Anyway, I just hope that there will be more seats as opposed to the Scania K230UB. I think a demo plate will be

It is too early to decide. MAN has not handed the bus over to SBST yet.
Why do you think that MAN has not handed the bus over to SBST when it has been shipped to Singapore and painted with SBST?

Yup. I think it's back at Braddell today. That Sin Ming one, shld be going for bodywork type approval bah.
haha. been anticipating so long. at last it arrived. i hope it would be based under brbp/amdep like 81S haha. preferably under 145, the so unglam city service.

1) Register rego plate
2) Bodywork approval (like what Tammy said)
I'm second for 145 to get that demo. After all it plies the city area.
it looks... short.

Clearly the standard 11-12m.
Looks like SBST is aggressively seeking to replace it's buses.
What's SMRT doing with the 66 buses anyway?
I knew it!! It's the exact same bodywork as these:
NLB MAN NL273 with Gemilang Body - HKiTalk
Discovery Bay MAN 18.240 (HKR187) with Gemilang Body - HKiTalk
Wow! This bus looks good if the rear rims like like those Merz. Nah just joking. Anyway, I hope this bus dont have this 2 wheelchair ramp and to me I think the rego would be SBS8032G (just ti-cum)
Thanks for the photo! Number should be SBS8031J or 8032G

Sin Ming is overall check, exhaust especially.
Looks like the same as Hong Kong's Gemilang MAN NL273.

Same sentiments too, hopefully not slbp, cos, if not need to go all the way to the west for demo again.
Originally posted by Apex-LW'21:wow cool man!! now we have 2 new SBST demos. the MAN and the other is 8030..
3, 8033D is a demo.
The interior colour is very.. erm.. familiar..
Why all the demo look more or less the same?....
at least 8030 is interesting
rego confirmed to be either 8031 or 8032 unless sbst decides to reg it as 8988 or 8788 or something.. ha ha..
Sin Ming is LTA's Vehicle & Transit Licensing Division
