  I'm not sure. Maybe the driver went to cut the Door Closing speaker wire. Apart from 6U, other buses Door Closing bells are working fine.

  SMB1H got quite a lot of technical problems. It was on 307 on Monday and the BC was not able to close the door. Can hear the Door Closing bell and the light going off but doors never close...... Maybe it is the same problem as the K230UBs problem of door closing......

  Anyway ppl, good luck to OC500LE.  SMRT AutoSvs should be more concern on maintaining this bus liao.  Imagine SMB1, the launch bus broke down on highway when leaving BB Interchange, reason being "No Gear"...  SBST Top management laf like hell...

  it is CCK int, not BB. No gear? it is battery flat. get the facts right before u even post anything.

  Sorry abt that, i got all these WRONG info from insiders (Technicians)!  The next thing to worry abt is the disc brake le.  SBST Scania WAB always got disc brake jammed.  Is this Euro V four wheel disc or front only??  Heard this bus having 299PS.. no diff from Habit.. tot got increase in hp.

  actually the gear settings were not correct, resulting in the gearbox eventually dying out.

  actually consider increased liao..  SMRT older 12m O405 w/o intercooler only abt 250PS.  So now OCs cat under 12m bus having 299PS is consider up le, which i guess intercooler is included.  Since u tok abt the gear.. more safety devices tapped from the ZF/Voith ECU.. will forsee lots of errors in future le..  .  The KUB and B9TL oredi like that le. Hope OCs wont kena too.

  Not really.. but most gbox breakdown due to other safety devices tapped from ATM ECU which interrupted the signal from the GBox. 

  For example the EFIS system requires speed trap which is actually taken from ZF ECU.. ZF personnel was very angry wif that. 

  This same goes to Habit, speed trap can easily tap from its "I" module instead of directly at Tachograph.

  So far KUB and B9TL's gbox having good record from one of the depot, dunno abt others..  BUT KUB rear axle like to "lao sai zui" from the "cork stuffed at it's anal".

  Any other way actually to tap distance information for EFIS, say, just guessing, the wheel rotational distance?

  Me. You would have to go to Yishun as you said above or Bukit panjang. Woodlands wait long long because you don't know when will OC cameo to WL routes
