For VO3x, there isn't any 'SBS Transit' at the upper deck. Correct?

Wow that eds looks completely... um.... blank.
Is that a problem many of the users here face?

SBS8099P on 151. Why will the EDS appear like this on a camera?

Its either this or overexposed. I guess the latter is not that good either, but still better than this. My 8079 is a good example. I wonder why too...

The EDS for the new SBST WAB buses require certain ISO focal lengths in order to be able to shoot the EDS properly, if not the EDS gets parts of it blanked out.
Maybe photography experts can explain these.

the ISO speed.. ur camera refresh rate not hight enuff for the eds to be captured. is the same why crt monitor flicker when u shoot on cam. by the way, for the scania, u could stand at the area beside the cement box and shoot.. lidat better angle and without the lamp post in the way..

Unless its short range. I overexposed my 8079 picture, but the words can be read lah.

This is an example of an ok Scania KUB230 shot with the clear EDS.
Camera settings:
Model: Nikon Coolpix P5100
ISO: 100
Shutter Speed: 1/30
Picture size: 8MP
Well, chose a bad photo-sharing site to upload it. Anyway, if you want good pictures on the internet which is clear, fickr is one stop for it. It depends because flickr's internet filter engine enhances the saturation and contrast of the picture itself.
The earlier shot is uploaded on deviantart.com.
This same shot is uploaded on flickr.

-edit- sorry for the offensive post earlier

Perfect example? Are you sure of what you're talking about? The photo is soft beyond soft and the white is way overexposed. The EDS is hardly clear to me as well, unless you have special glasses that make the EDS super super sharp and well-defined.
This is a perfect example of how a soft photo is like, more like it.
If you call this perfect, your standards of perfection are way way too low..

Not too bad, Ngjy22's photo of 8030L on 185 is quite good! Much better than tintinspartan's "perfect" shot.
There should not be over-empahsis on things here.
I feel that TTS sayign that its perfect is not the way. Nothing is perfect. You can say it is near-perfect, but trust me, for photographers, no one will say that. Any profession, no one will ever say that they are perfect. Seeing the word perfect bascially throws away everyone else into the drain. I feel genuinely disgusted.
589B, this is not a good example so easy to say. I hope you can be more humble in forums. I know you like to show that you can shoot good photos. You might find supporters in this forum too.
I have long quit from judging other's photos. It makes me feel bad if I give ratings. I hope everyone can be humble from time to time. Do not over-rate yourself.

They did have the "SBS Transit" originally. But some of them have been removed. Ditto for other DDs like LOs and VO2x.

Yes, but.....
If you ask me tintin's photo is not that bad. Even if it is not perfect, there's no need to trample on it.
As for the over-rating part, that's another issue altogether.
Okay, yes, its not bad. I would say compliements to his EDS part.
But usage of words is very delicate. Just like invasion and war are totally different things.
