It is not so up to date but then back again, do you feel that these set of standards really reflect the consumers' standards? The 2 operators seemed to have good results for last year. In reality, is it really so? We have seen many complaints in the newspapers and yet most of the things in the results are so beautiful.
Or, how in your view can we fine tune the standards?
