The whole article gives me the impression that she was comparing with Kuala Lumpur instead, more often than Singapore, probably because she was a Malaysian.
And yes, many people have disclaimed her story, saying that she was merely lucky and they added on that Hangzhou's traffic conditions can be very bad at times.

somehow our one prob not so zai. maybe can integrate with the bus info baord look more stylo mmylo.
and also it would help if the bus stop location can be placed damn big font instead of putting bus services big font. imagine i go by a bus stop and i wish to know where i am, i see Bus services...errr helpful.

Singapore bus stop also quite informative one leh.
Got next bus info, route detail and where the bus go to after the stop, it was just all of these are scattered across the bus stop and people do not notice it.
Btw, HK bus stop no seats one leh...tiring if ferq was long...lucky all time fast freq as their bc or sl like to choing
