SBS Transit orders 900 buses from Scania (Part 2)

the lack of space problem is still there?

The following buses were registered on 23/06/2008:
SBS8221C to SBS8225S, SBS8478D to SBS8483M

24/06/2008
SBS8470A on sv131 today, replace SBS102R slot in the morning -
BBDEP seems to have a lot of these buses not fully deployed as perm.... anyone know the reason?

Not sure, but HGDEP also have. -
apparently some mark Ivs on 27 are already zao-ing, way before the scanias are in. currently no scania on 27 still right?
like means 27 fleet reduction?
ytd i sit SBS982 on 153. can tell is s27 bus by the pls moved-ed-ed to he rear speakers n the ad panel 'why soccer field hots after game? - cuz fans r gone" ad panel thing.
seem easy to find out if bus is ex 27 by these chracteristics. wee

Scania K230UB deployments have started on service 27 beginning this week.Those former service 27's MK4s might go over to BNDEP to cover for the outgoing Scania N113CRBs when the time comes.

No choice mah...because these bus services have a high demand and DDs not being able to be deployed. So got to put in more buses. -

I think they go according to VIN for each sequence.

Have anyone noticed that, more than half of the 500 +1 Scania K230UBs ordered have been registered already? 254 of them.

more likely within districts. AMDEP may sponsor some K230, Mark 4s, VO3x or B10TLs if the need arises.

Do note there's very little inter-district transfer of buses. The only one I can remember is the 5 O405s from amdep to slbp in May, and the transfer of 2822H to slbp and 2758K to bndep. The rest of the depot transfers are intra-district.

one qn..wads up wif the 'two spaces(rather high one)' at e front of e scania interior? izzit for ppl to put luggage or stuffs? cuz like take up alot of space. one is nxt to the wheelchair cushion thingy, e other is beside the 4 seats opposite the driver. haha. ever since the scanias were deployed on 27, my frz complaining cuz oways mus stand blabla..wonder why some will be so enthu? new bus perharps?

scanias are just lesser by 4 seats than those merz what.. relax..
