Yar yar ya. I know it is good especially with your "Deployment ideas":
My own deployment idea
Feeders/shorthaul/intratown: Use Scania K230. Why? Scania K230 has the capibility to crush load, and people will stand for a very short journey, and might eliminate the need for DDs on feeders. Also, make them full WAB. If feeders are WAB, PIWs can connect to the MRT stations easily and they can use the MRT to travel from Town A to B. Some Volvo B10M Mark IIIs may also be used here. Strictly no Volvo B10M Mark IV buses here.
Longhaul low-mid demand/svc that cannot have Double decks due to hight constrains: Will use Volvo B10M Mark IV Strider/DM3500 buses, or Mercedes Benz O405 buses, depending on controlling depot
Longhaul high demand: Use Mercedes Benz O405s, Volvo Olympian 3 axles, Leyland Olympian 3 axles, Volvo B10M Mark IV, depending on controlling depot.
Cityshopper: Leave it as it is.
Premium: Leave it as it is.
Express 502, 506 and 518: Leave it as it is.

does any1 no how e 400 new KUBs look like?

No idea. CDGE should be building its current batch or less than 400 first, than the new batch of 400. Take it easy.
Originally posted by AEW5001:does any1 no how e 400 new KUBs look like?
The bus's sides most likely still similar to the current batch. Maybe front and back might change a little to reflect they're Euro V. Maybe different EDS to begin with?
Interior may not change at all.
But is more likely based on feedbacks from everybody on the original order of the 500 buses. E.g. bumper too low, then they modify the bodywork abit, engine too high (that cannot be helped la, ya?) lol.
i can still wait but i don wan e exterior to be exactly e same as e 1st 500

Mosty likely that everything will still be the same so that they can achieve economies of scale.

Diseconmies of scale exists too. Time will tell I suppose.

Also due to the fact that BNDEP is now having Scania N113CRBs out batches by batches to be deregistered every month

I hope that the CRBs will remain for at least two weeks for ample time to get night shots of the CRBs on 32 and 33 in town, maybe at Hill St/North Bridge Road. Last CRBs to go into town.
. Thank god stuff like SBS36Z SBS43C SBS47S expire on 07 December 2008 with SBS60C expiring on 28 Feburary 2009. The 4 CACs should also be safe.
