  The only two which haven't got registered are SBS7777Y and SBS9999K.

  Special buses from SBST usually have 8s de. SBS9889U, SBS9888Y, SBS1688K, SBS2888T (all demos), SBS1881T (retired...volvo B10M MkII with underfloor aircon.) etc.

  Not sure about SBS8030L, 8031J, 8033D..maybe got 8 infront le.

  99, aka ä¹…ä¹…. Also used for chinese tradition to denote longevity (although not prosperity.) Well, in this case, 8 and 9 are auspicious numbers.
