Yep. It is very very common. During weekdays evening peak the queue for 238 is longer than a 2 bi-articulated bus!

i second your statement.
They really can go anywhere.Even your HDB downstairs's carpark resting.
Originally posted by Scania:Tell me why its a good news? When you see these perm training Scanias, they are NOT for driver familarisation for current drivers, but for new trainee drivers, since SBST would have 900 of them in the future, it makes sense for them to add Scanias to their compulsary training programme, as drivers would have high chances of driving them. Similarly, Mk2s, Mk3s, Mk4s (the Soon Chows), Scanias and Mercs were used or are still being used because SBST has or had sizable amounts of these buses.
When u see this scanias Training around, they are not Training for a svc right?as u said, they are only Training for the new trainee drivers?

A shift or P shift? The A shift driver this week likes to floor his merc while being grumpy at the same time. He wears a tight fitting short sleeve uniform.
Is he a chinese?most of the drivers driving the merc all love to floor their merc.but yesterday morning when i took SBS152X,there was this malay BC who drove this bus very patiently and carefully as TIB1018B said.he also went to help a old lady who dropped her bags while getting up the bus.quite a polite BC.

Actually, I have seen 235 queues reaching those escalators too, especially during rainy evening peak. And SBST still stubbonly keeps it at >12 mins intervals during peak hours.

This happens on rainy evenings, or 1 bus with the driver doing 5.5OT after A shift. or one of the 2 PM S shift has no bus. Other than that, its normal for the queue to queue slightly past the popular bookstore staircase.

Standard. The only not so packed 238 that arrives at the interchange is usually the duty 12S downroute. unless its a full route bus that manages geng its way to the interchange full seating which is very rare.

pm peak queues from that berth are from 235 and 142, with 142 being the longer one usually.
