SBS8400C and SBS8408G are posted to HGDEP, on 27 today.

sbs is pushing out 900 new scania buses fast for mec and old volvo and old scania buses. next batch will be old non air con double decker buses and another batch of old volvo buses mk 3 to 4? it seems like volvos at hg and sl deport not very well take care of. no new paint look very worn down. sign of replacement soon in 2009 and 2010? I ilke the volvo mk 4 or 5 ? the new single decker bus before new scania comming in. use to taking them at service 88. very comfort compare to the scania buses. Also service 143 and 105 that cng sd volvo bus also better than scania bus.

Low floor is something like the Trident... B9TL, for Hong Kong side, they take it as a SLF, for Singapore, because of the step I would still consider it a low entry vehicle.
The sticker and WAB service or not should just be disused... So many buses registered, yet so few 'official WAB routes'...

umm welcome SB8400 and SBS8500 to SBS fleet.
now just awaiting the fiill up of the gap between 8410 to 8433 leow .

for those out there not in the know
When the Scanias came out, there was 803x and then suddenly 8138 and 8888 juz appear.After a few months the gap between 8045 till 8137 was filled and went beyond
then came the sudden introduction of 8433 midwaythe 8433 to 8491 were then introduced before stopping at 8491 for a long long time.. meanwhile the 8033 to 8307 abouts get filled simultaneously.
Finally in this month we see the 8491 series break open with 8492. currently i seen this 8500 apper.
the 83xx series are all out and the filling in of the gap till 8433 continues.

I don't really think so. At least for HG depot, their Mk4s be it DM, Strider or DM3500, are very well taken care of.

Yah.the front right area below the driver window is white.they leaved it blank without pasting back the ad at that area. -

5 more new Scania K230UBs into HGDEP so far: SBS8398B SBS8400C SBS8407J SBS8408G SBS8410Z.Got the feeling that SBS2677K and SBS2694K are going to bid sayonara to service 27 soon.

Service 858 got to wait for WLDEP to take in Merc OC500LE fleets first.For now all the SBST's fleets going into Changi Airport is kinda full Scania K230UB fleets already (services 34, 36 and 53 confirmed full perm K230UBs).

excuse me. if you think that HG depot buses are not well taken care of, please use all your 5 senses to think about buses at BNDEP. sorry if the BNDEP lovers think that this is an insult to the buses at BNDEP.
