  Not necessary must wait until Lay Up over then can be on the roads again.

  They can let the bus on the roads again as long as it has been repaired and tested.

  Usually they will let the bus out before the Lay Up expiry date reaches...

  They can also de-register the bus before it's Lay Up expiry date reaches...

  Is it the first time a VO3x did JIS sv? JIS sv only use VO2x and LO3x.
