Your logic is skewed. They will more or less be perm on 13 just that which merc are out. There's only 4 perms on 13 now and if they want 13 to be WAB they need all the remaining SP 82xx buses to make up the number. -

On a side not, the timetable has been revised again. But from the frequency is still 20mins for 8 trips during PM peak.
Another thing, if you want to experience a very fast ride on a KUB, take the 6.42am bus leaving the last stop of Sixth Ave on a weekday morning towards Sengkang. That driver is quite mad. He used to drive 582M. He really floors the accelerator.
