  last bus from Sengkang is 11P

  all buses that arrive at Sengkang after that do 163M 1 trip each, total 4 trips.

  10P off service from sengkang at 2306hrs. the SK 2310hrs departure is taken by previous bus 9P.

  I'm not exactly bothered by regos.. as long as duty code and timing match would be good enough.

  I see, thanks . Agreed that the regos keep swopping around till I confused .

  Went to check out the 163M details last nite, the last trip was done by 12P (same sequence compared to weekdays). 15P (SBS8130G) headed back towards HGDEP from Sengkang Int around 0020 hrs.

  Do you also have any information on the 2 T-shifts that operate on Saturdays too?

  I want to try for 39, 85 or 52 (But this one easy since they come in depot waves).

  Any tips?

  Then like this 12P will have much more OT than 15P. 12P does 4 trips + 2 trips 163M. 15P only do 4 trips. 13P and 14P do 4 trips + 1 trip 163M. I was thinking 15P do last bus 163M then like this 12P-15P payhour is about the same, but since you said 15P went back hgdep at 0020hrs then ah well...

  the first T shift 17T 1st trip 0834hrs, 2nd T shift 18T 0913hrs. last trips arrive at Sengkang at 1749 and 1847 respectively.

  Services like these are rather foolproof since they use the FIFO concept. only exception is when T shift having meal breaks on weekends. If they start late, their meal break will be late while their A shift counterparts would have their meal break earlier.

  The following applies to Weekday only

  52 easy. all meal breaks at Jurong East, none at Bishan.

  85 take note of the 2 xovers to Premium services. One of the 2 come back to do 1/2 trip before off service for the morning. Also another quite straightforward one.

  39 is easy if you are good at doing jump bus. Layover criteria is 2min. Minimum break for BCs is 5min. Of the 2 S shift, 1 of them end its shift at tampines instead of bringing the bus back to depot.

  I tried doing weekday 238 before. The list was super long  But that was before the kub came in and the fleet reduction. Now lazy to do again.

  I realised 238 schedule never changed much ever since 12S came in. Somemore with the reduction of 13E, the afternoon section needs a tweaking of 1-2min only.. not much difference..

  On timetable Duty codes, does it represent any other details? Or is it simply the No. 1 PM Shift, ie, 1P .... 12th PM shift (12P)? Pls advise, thx.

  Usually for single-depot control, morning shift takes the smaller numbers (e.g. 1A to 5A) and afternoon shift take the bigger numbers (e.g. 6P to 10P). S-shift then comes next (e.g. 11S, 12S) followed by E-shifts (e.g. 13E).

   The situation is a bit more complicated for dual-depot control, which I will leave it to service_238's expertise. (:

  SBST is still easier. see how u go and list out all SMRT duty codes and all. they are very complicated, especially with some new codes around.

  Dual Depot Control Duty Codes

  I have explained this somewhere in this forum before but since its been some time I shall explain it again.

  The order for the duty type is still the same i.e. A, P, S, E, T. However, the depot takes precedence over duty type. This means that the first depot's A/P/S/E/T shifts comes first then the 2nd depot's A/P/S/E/T shifts. Which depot duty codes comes first depends on each individual service. There is no standard format. In addition, having majority/minority control means that the depot order is first.

  Let me highlight some examples.

  S21 - amdep majority, bndep minority
  1A-13A, 14P-26P, 27S-31S, 32E amdep* (typo)
  33A-35A, 36P-38P, 39S-40S bndep
  amdep 19 buses
  bndep 5 buses

  S63 - brbp majority, arbp minority
  1A-4A, 5P-8P, 9S arbp
  10A-20A, 21P-31P, 32S brbp
  brbp 12 buses
  arbp 5 buses

  Ever since SBST introduced overnight parking at interchanges, their duty codes, (regardless of duty type) starts from duty no. 81. Any duty code above that number is considered that the duty involves overnight parking at interchanges.

  Examples

  S10 - arbp minority, bndep majority (only Tampines with overnight parking)
  1A, 2P, 3S-4S, 5E-6E arbp
  7A-17A, 18P-28P, 29S bndep BN parking
  81A-84A, 85P-88P, 88S bndep Tampines Int parking
  arbp 5 buses
  bndep 17 buses

  S66 - slbp majority, bndep minority (both sides with overnight parking)
  1A-9A, 10P-18P, 19S-20S slbp SL parking
  21A-23A, 24P-26P, 27S-30S bndep BN parking
  81A-85A, 86P-90P slbp Jurong East parking
  91A-92A, 93P-94P bndep Bedok parking
  slbp 16 buses
  bndep 9 buses

  As of this week SBS1688K is back to 17S shift (but past 2 days running around on different AP shifts).

  SBS8081P is still on 1A/9P shift, whereas SBS8132B on 18S shift instead.

  SBS8130G doing 7A/15P shift these 2 days replacing SBS969G which MIA since last Sat (another MK4 cameo on 21S shift).

  xover blocks. Both buses dont park overnight at Bedok.

  Only know it leaves brbp @ 0550h 1604h

  Happy spotting. Cannot guarantee if the bus is on preventive maintenance or not.

  Im thinking of doing up sv105's timetables. I only know that from Serangoon, the first bus is a HGDEP KUB and them after that its SLBP buses already until around 7am at toa payoh towards JE. Anyone knows?

  1st bus from Toa Payoh, does 1.5 trips. Ends at Tampines at around 1140hrs.

  then pm peak starts from Toa Payoh for 1 trip starting at 1613hrs. Reach back Toa Payoh around 2000hrs.
