Less DD's on Service 28 nowadays?

Anyone has a better way to provide feedback to SBS Transit? Was looking at their feedback form in their website and thought that it's quite pathetic. I doubt that the staff will actually take the feedback seriously or they'll just give you a standard answer even if they were to read it.

But iirc, 293 had a fleet reduction and waiting time during peak hours can be anytime between 8-15 mins. But with the new K230UB, I wonder if SBST will provide more buses back to 293...

Does anyone know if there is any service update to Svc 28? Cos around 6.55pm there was a SBST van opposite Tampines Library and some men doing some updates to the "bus-stop pole". Peeped inside the van and saw a Svc 28 poster. Didn't really get to read the contents though...

I am also youngster but I don't like KUB (prefer old buses). I prefer Merz, Mark IIIs, LOs over KUBs and VSOs anytime. But I like SMB1H though. And I don't like CRBs. -

I thought someone was recommending to deploy KUBs on some services in Bedok happily in the introduction thread using "i miss old announcements" nick, then after that started to make noise over those models using your current nick. Split identities. -
