Less DD's on Service 28 nowadays?

2day got 3 SDs cameos (should be replacing the DDs). 2 from BNDEP, 1 from BRBP. Lol. Complain mann.

Sometimes things did not went in our way, but we must bear with it, as there maybe unseen reasons on why SDs are replacing DDs. However, I got a simple plan.

Take the two SBST Service 225 DD on 28 and exchange with 3 SDs. This will work as 225 DD top deck is under-utilized, ever seen one DD totally empty and roaming the streets....sad

i see it on svc78 around 3 to 4pm no ppl on upper deck.
