Hmm , sometimes this also common on any other service , some people boarded the bus and didn't realise that he/she forgot to tap his/her card when boarding. But the part where BC greeted that old woman but nvr tap card , kinda weird..

Or maybe the old lady was too happy to get greeted by the BC (dosent happen often) that she forgotten to tap her card.

963 service really koyak. I arrived at Woodlands Int at 7.50 pm, and at least 4 SBS161 arrived before my 963 came (TIB 826S) at 8.25 pm.
Bleah like that also want to raise fares!
