  No, that somebody said: "svc 41 will be from a mrt station near bedok and then travel to a nearby place loop there, then return..." and then "got 2 persons got the 2 places correct though different people"

  Hmmm... there seems to be some road repaving works going on at the junction of Sembawang Way and Admiralty Drive/Sembawang Crescent. While it may be just routine road repair work, a few years ago major road repaving works were carried out in Sembawang, and someone from the Resident's Commitee told me that it was to strengthen the road surface in anticipation of more bus routes (and hence buses) before the opening of Sembawang Bus Interchange.

  With recent speculation that route 117 might be a Hougang-Sembawang route, this recent road repaving activity might be in preparation of a new bus route running along Sembawang Way, and could very likely be route 117 (although it might be another unannounced bus route or amendment), or it might be just routine road repair works.

  I'm not trying to draw conclusions too fast or speculate too much, but the possibility is there. Keep the options open, people.

  Unless someone can show me the actual details of the routes, if not we should just disregard it.

  I seriously don't believe WRI & BP can accomodate 2 more services each.

  I have a feeling that Service 048 Extension to BNDEP will ply:

  Kent Ridge Extension unsure
  -----Usual Route------
  Upper East Coast Road
  Bedok Road
  New Upper Changi Road
  Bedok North Road
  Bedok North Ave 4
  BNDEP

  Hope that the demand gets high enough after the extension for DDs to be deployed.
