In my opinion, i feel that it would be good to show appreciation to the bc for making your day by saying "thank you" or giving a thumbs up, so you can also brighten up his day and this will also encourage him to go the extra mile in the future too.
Everyone needs encouragement, right?

got ah i got say thank q when bc saw me rushing for bus n waited. den when he acknowledge tat thank q n he greeted u back, e feeling like so gooood.. reflects courtesy. unlike others who c u running but delibrately drove off.
i also thank them when i was waiting for the ticket if i paid cash. for one veri close bc, i did show him a thumbs up sign before alighting. before tat, he gt wave gdbye to me when i wanna alight. so it's like 'you gei you song'. however frm wad i feel, tis type of 'you gei you song' attitude is rather rare liao. normally u juz c ppl board e bus w/o even looking at e bc. den to some, dey will tink it's a 'tian jing di yi' thing tat bc shld wait for those hu r rushing for bus. reli?
