Want to know where scrapped buses goto? go to this place and you can see them. volvo buses, Mercedes-Benz O.405 and The Leyland Olympian 12 “SuperBus” bringing destroyed. address is 35 sungei kadut st 6, take smrt 925 can reach there.

Erm ... if im not wrong that place use is actually not for scrapping , more for refurbishing (if im not wrong) , they scrap in Defu (Hougang) , not Sg Kadut..

the LO3X are not scrapped yet.. most mercs O.405 not scrapped yet.. volvos only mark 2 scrapped and that was eons ago?

The Scania N113 would be scrapped first then the mercedes then the Mark III then I think next is Vo2X

SBST and SMRTB sometime sud-contract to this co. to do some refurbishment.
Scrapyard for SBST is over at Defu..

I saw number of Mercedes-Benz O.405 buses and a Leyland Olympian 12 “SuperBus were there to scrap. it not easy to find the place but u can take smrt 925 there drop at the busstop opp st 5 and walk in to the end of the road turn right and u can c the place.
i can still saw the bus service 24 in two of the buses.

There is a lot of difference between 'the' and 'a'.

sungei kadut area there all very ulu, don't wanna take any chances to go there to find out..

the buses are taking a part and dump into containers part by part. some motor workshop guys are there to take way sits, doors and some parts maybe for resell as spare part for buses.
by the way in case u all wonder, it is taking smrt 925 there drop at the busstop opp st 5 and walk in to st 5 all the way to end of the road turn right and u can c the place at 35 st 6. if you want to go there perfer time will be on sunday as it is off day for the truckers which going in and out at st 5.

very near to my workplace. shall checkout tomorrow. -
from the road side u can see the buses park in side there. my company is nearby the scrap yard that why i know. i saw tow truck towing the bus into the place.

so it is at St 5 or St 6? make up your mind? -
u can try as nobody guarding the place. but watch out for wild dogs there are number of them around the place.

its better for explore that place if you've got your own transport, much more convenient & safe (from the wild dogs partly)..

st 6 is in st 5 as st 5 is the main road leading to st 6. that why i said not easy to find the place. no other way to st 6. i agreed that it is better to have own transport to explore the place. best time is on sunday nobody working there on sunday.
