Realised that the two B9s are having different rims. The second one makes it looks like KMB bus from HK. lol

Well, it looks like the demo one from KMB, the regular B9 in KMB received the steel-rims on the mid and rear axle instead the Alcoa aluminium rims -

the alcoa with smaller holes is the 1st generation alcoa (DuraBrite), fitted on the demo B9. the ones with bigger holes are second generation (DuraBrite II) fitted on the 199 other B9's -

I think the driver just took a Sv 9 desto since the sv 6 one is most probably kept on 9537K even as it cameos.
