Probably not perm 190 anymore, as it has been "unfaithful" since its white rim days at amdep. Anyone able to spot the bus that replaces 634D? Or just cameos daily?

I guess it's because the rear wheels have a higher chance of contact with the kerbs when the bus enters the bus-stop. Also, soil particles and mud/gravel on the road can also soil the wheels easily. Hence, I feel white rims are pretty difficult to maintain.
Those which have white rims will turn to black rims and those have black rims remain black.
