I'm quite sure 0215hours leaving Marina terminate at PSR. If the trip takes about 1.5 hours, then buses reaching Pasir Ris after 0345hours will terminate at PSR.
I spoken to quite a few NR2 drivers. They say that the last bus to reach Sembawang before going back to Marina Centre would reach Sun Plaza at 3:30 am. Buses after that would terminate at Sun Plaza and go back to depot straight. Note that SMRT do not utilize crossovers for NRs.
BCs driving NR would be given any spare bus available in depot and depart to the shift's starting point. Do note that another bus would downroute from the loop point and another down route somewhere before Express Sector.
