  I feel that the route of 980 has duplicated 167 too much. Therefore, I think that it could be amended as such:

  • ... (original route of 980 from Sembawang)
  • Upper Thomson Rd
  • Ang Mo Kio Ave 1
  • Ang Mo Kio Ave 3
  • Ang Mo Kio Ave 8
  • Bishan Rd
  • Braddell Rd
  • Thomson Rd
  • ... (original route of 980 to Geylang Lor 1)

  This will provide better links between Sembawang, Ang Mo Kio and Bishan. Besides, it also serves Ang Mo Kio and Bishan MRT stations.

  Hmm. 51 in my opinion should remain as it is since it is the only bus service linking Hougang Ave 3 and Eunos Link to town unless there is another twon service.

  Service 96 should remain as it is too since the demand from Clementi MRT to NUS is way higher as from the demand from Clementi MRT to Clementi Ave 4. 284 has served the latter's purpose.

  Route is quite gd as it links AMK to Sembawang.

   

   

  But I will prefer this scenario, extending 851's route to Sembawang using current 980's route into Sembawang, shortening 980 to Yishun duplicating current 169 to Yishun. The reason is there is 166 linking AMK West to Novena and Little India and there is 162 linking AMK Ave 8 to Novena. In addition, 980 will become a rather circuitous route in my opinion.

  then 10 mark 4 during peak hour then 2 mark 4 during off peak lol

  10 mark 4 for weekends and PH(whole day)

  I feel that there should be at least 1 bus service to the CBD from Punggol. I'm also thinking whether this service should serve MacPherson Estate as well, since there's no direct bus to Shenton Way from there. But that would add travel time for Sengkang and Punggol residents. What do you think?
