Lolzzz. But Tampines West I'm talking about is the Blk 700-800 and some of the 900s... It is the "heart" of Tampines West. At least the amended 31 serves Tp Int to both Temasek Poly and ITE East. That area is very hard to connect though. Trust me, you haven't seen the travel madness on Townlink Sv. 291 West Loop in Morning Peak and Evening Peak. It is nothing compared to the Eastern Loop. Moreover the eastern portion got couple of services running through it. The Western(or at least the Central-Western) area has not many services. Service 15 also already so crowded... zZzz... It starts at PRis lorh... Service 59 has its own different set of passengers also. Tampines West(Central-West) is probably the most densely population part of Tampines with a lot of people residing there, yet it is grossly underserved.

Joo Koon CircleWith This amendment, sv182 will now stop at bus stops 31 to 36 along Boon Lay Way as a replacement for sv254.
For 246 and 249, it is better to stay in Boon Lay Int as the areas that they serves is nearer to Boon Lay than Joo Koon.
For 251, 254, 255, 257, 182 and 192 I believes that they will be moving to Joo Koon Int with some amendments. While for 252 it might be ceased service.
As for 193, it might be continue to stay put in Boon Lay Int as it provides a link for Jurong West Ave 4 (the area around Pioneer Mall) as well as Upp Jurong Rd to Boon Lay MRT. Most likely it will amend slightly to ply Joo Koon MRT before proceeding to Tuas.
Some new services might also be introduced to cover the sectors prevoiusly served by the services above.

i believe 246 can move to Joo Koon. it can take 252's deleted route up to near Boon Lay then take the current 246 route down to Boon Lay Dr, passing through Lakeside station. Industrial workers still have the link to 246 from Lakeside station.

Those workers working in Chin Bee and Quality Rd might not like to transfer 246 in Lakeside as it goes a big round inside Taman Jurong before entering Jln Tukang. So unless 246 makes a stop inside/outside Boon Lay MRT station(Which seems impossible if it was to extend to Joo Koon) I doubt those working in Quality Rd and Chin Bee would like to see 246 not plying Boon Lay Int.
I do agree that Soon Lee Road area in which 252 was serving currently needs a service to cover them through and it is better for that Svc to ply Boon Lay MRT instead of Joo Koon as Enterprise Rd, Kwong Min Rd, Wan Lee Rd and Soon Lee Rd is nearer to Boon Lay MRT as compared to Joo Koon MRT.

You've a point there. Anyway, for the Soon Lee Rd area, Im thinking of giving a service down from Boon Lay Int to serve Soon Lee areas and Lok Lang areas, looping at Sixth Lok Yang Rd. 192 then shortened to start at joo koon.

The revised routing will ease capacity shortage on townlink service 291 during peak hours, and provide Tp West residents a link to Toa Payoh. Currently the only other link in Tp West(Semi-XCountry) is Service 22 which is extremely infrequent.
32 stages in total. The main gd thing about this amendment is that it links Tampines St 83 to ITE at Simei and Bedok Sth Rd and Old Airport Rd.
However, like what Sinicker has mentioned, there is service 8 to Toa Payoh, 15 to Marine Parade and 23 to Boon Keng. In addition, there is also service 69 along Tampines Ave 8 to go to Bedok.
Is it better for 69 to be amended to ply Tampines St 83 instead?

27 stages in total. The main beneifts is that it links Tampines St 83 to Upper East Coast, Simei, Bedok Nth and Chai Chee. However, it seems too long for a intra town service since the route is circuitous in my opinion.

In my opinion, the main benefit of this service is that it provides a link from Paya Lebar to Yishun and Sembawang. However, I still prefer the idea of extension of 854 to \Sembawang.
Though 164 can be faster than 854 since it plies SLE, CTE and PIE, however, the expressways can often get jammed during peak hours (CTE along AMK Ave 3 to town in morning peak, PIE along Kallang in evening peak, Paya Lebar Rd exit in evening peak) and hence I will prefer to take 854 from Yishun. Based on 854's demand, quite a handful people utilise this service to get from Eunos Link, Hougang, Kovan, Serangoon North to get to Yishun which this service doesn't ply. Thus, I infer that the demand for this service is lower as compared to 854. In addition, it takes about 45 mins to an hour to get from Yishun to Eunos which in my opinion, is pretty fast as compared to the train.

Agree. Tampines West has the worst bus services out of the whole Tampines. Try taking 291 or 293 West Loop at the peak hours, you can't even see yourself. I think more trunk services from Tampines Int should be amended to ply there. Here's my suggestion :
