With the current 168 and 969, I doubt there will be any more new services plying between Tampines and Woodlands.
966 from Bt Panjang, transfer to 23 Jalan Kolam Ayer takes only 1 hour.
67 from Choa Chu Kang alone should take about 1 hour 30 mins to Tampines.

i doubt this svc's usefulness. alr from Queensway/Alexandra got bus go Harbour Front. n its more like a duplicate of 963.
On top of that, for service 967, 61 provides the link from Harbourfront, Queensway to Clementi Rd, 166 provides the link to Harbourfront from C'wealth Ave West.

I am thinking perhaps it is better for this svc to terminate at CCK int. Generally, this route is not bad in terms of linking Yishun estate to CCK estate. However, it is unlikely to be implemented in reality.

Similar to the combination of 96 and 284.
238 and 231 demand are different and hence should remain as it is since many people use 238 to get from industrial estate or Toa Payoh East to MRT station.
