ok a modification to my suggestion.
Instead of having the service from Changi Village up to CACC, instead let sv19 remain as a Tampines to CACC service. Thus CACC workers have a link to the MRT station.

3) Fare stages too much already, if there is still something that one of the services keep the same then make it renamed 49M according to jayh's suggestion on the bus service number.
4)I don't really like the extension to Eunos because 60 was merged from 2 feeders, and 2 feeders can save a lot of money, 38 also, was merged only about 2,3 years ago, And also you knew, 60 has the Red-White Plate function, so it's already very confusing for commuters knowing the Red or white plate.
