  Extend Svc 200 from Kent Ridge Term to Clementi West St 2:
  (existing route), West Coast Rd, Clementi West St 2 (Loop), West Coast Rd, (existing route).
  
  Purpose: To link North/South Buona Vista Rd with West Coast Neighbourhood Centre and West Coast Plaza.
