Reason being there is a lot of alternative buses available from places to places.
81 from HG St 21 to Pasir Ris, 5 from Simei to Pasir Ris, 12 from Expo to Pasir Ris/Simei, 22 from Serangoon/Upp Paya Lebar area to Tampines, and etc.,
Hougang Street 21 is not a bus terminal anymore. It only serves as a bus stop and 1-2 parking lots.

sbs can bring back the service 506 to serve Changi Airport again if PTC allow. sbs withdraw that sector due to MRT linking to airport from Jurong East, Bukit Batok, Toa Payoh and Bedok. Maybe 506 should serve goto the Cargo Complex instead as it will pass by changi point area and people and army recult can travel from the west to changi point area faster.
