idea not bad le. i always have to transfer to 139/143/145 when at JLN TPY. why not add bendies and amend 966/985 to TPY LOR 6 -

My intention:
a. To provide more frequent linkage between Buona Vista and Science Park 2 and 3. SBST200 provides the most direct linkage between an MRT station and Science Park 2 and 3 (via South Buona Vista). However SBST200 frequency was terrible, and thus many Science Park 2 and 3 workers abandoned or forsake that bus service and choose SBST183 from Clementi instead.
b. However to create more demands for SBST200? At present, SBST200 terminated at Kent Ridge, demand for SBST200 may be lop-sided, that is early morning workers crammed the SBST200 and by the time the bus reaches Pasir Panjang Road, the bus becomes empty, most commuters alighted along South Buona Vista Road.
c. Extending SBST200 to Clementi Interchange increases the pool of commuters from Clementi and West Coast, and that may result in more even loading of commuters, and hopefully warrant higher demand for SBSTT200 even during non offpeak hours.
d. New service from Buona Vista to HarbourFront had taken advantage on the most direct path from BV to HF via South Buona Vista Road. It allows workers faster access to Science Park 1,2,3, NUH,Alexandra Techno Park from either HarbourFront and BV. And for SBST as a TRAIN OPERATOR for NE LINE may benefit from commuters now transferring from alternate HarbourFront MRT station.
e. New service may result in more buses plying along South Bouna Vista Road, and higher frequencies in bus buses will encourage commuters going to Science Park 2,3 to opt for transfer from BV rather than Clementi.

Nice one. But if one bus come at Clementi Road confirm kenna taken by NP and SIM students at Clementi Road. If service is $1.00 flat fare i think it is a reasonable alternative to the trunk services from Clementi Road to JEast Int.

Cannot coz it runs thru SBST territory too much. Anyway it is more suited for SBST me thinks. If under SBST, it also abides by the PTC condition that it has to past 2 "owned" territory and then the fastest way to "rival" territory.
