Your 137 has no feeding traffic. Furthermore it goes thru Defu Ave 1(?!) and does not go thru high yield areas like Hougang and Serangoon estates. Will have no traffic.

4) I guess to go to Boon Lay Mkt, there would be 1 more choice of bus. Those staying near Pioneer MRT can have a direct bus to Boon Lay Mkt.

I dun think Sv 240, 246, 249 would be touched by e rationalisation at all.. I can't say for Sv 251

just extend svc 39 to johor , tampines ,pasir ris,jalan kayu( punggol n sengkang can take svc 86), yishun n sembawang. (bypass woodland,cos svc 950)

Your Sv. 967 make it go take expressway from Thomson(SLE then CTE) till Moulmein lah. Then make it go thru Orchard then Bukit Merah bah...
Sv. 968 can do BKE -> Bukit Panjang Road -> Gangsa Road -> Petir Road -> Cashew Road better. Small additional distance but serve a lot more HDB blocks.
