New SBST Express Service 515: Serves parts of Pasir Ris, northeast region, AMK, Toa Payoh, Bt Panjang, CCK, NTU and Jurong West without having to pass through the central district and provides quicker link between the towns (need not stop at all the stops along the roads):
Rather similar to S88 from pasir ris to toa payoh.

Not purely 88e. It also includes the western areas of Bt Timah, Bt Panjang, CCK and NTU, unless you want to create another service there.

You should use Pasir Ris St 52 rather than Elias Rd. I'm sure there's more demand there. Try not to use roads that have 88 too, otherwise it would be duplicating too much. Maybe you could make it pass by Bt Batok and let it terminate at Boon Lay, since there is more demand there.

No, Pasir Ris St 52 does not have height limit. Service 15 can't get DDs is due to narrow roads along Joo Chiat / Telok Kurau. That's why Service 16,33 and 155 can't get DDs too.

DDs use st 52 to get to int rather than psr central frm TPE (psr dr 8).

I think CCK would need this more. There's very little (or no?) express buses passing around that area and with the express service, there can be quicker links there. Since Bt Batok already have 506 it wouldn't be much of a problem, so KJE can be used for quicker route from CCK to Jurong West.
Also, a reason why I did not chose it to terminate at Boon Lay is because there are too many buses serving there already and the bus park would be jammed if more buses are added there. So the service would just turn down Jln Boon Lay and serve the Jurong Bird Park. Besides, express buses should ply roads that have lesser traffic junctions--just to avoid major areas where there can be jams.

I've seen DDs heading towards Pasir RIs intvia st 52. No big deal about it.

Good for those living in the Wellington Circle area, but I feel a direct bus link for them to Sembawang MRT station is not enough - my planned enhancement of route 882 (see below) will also add a direct link to Yishun and Sembawang Park for residents living there; see below.
Still, it's a good idea, and may help compliment my enhanced route 882 during rush hours.
This route can be temporarily implemented in a modified form before the Montreal Drive extension is completed by going through:
Route 883: Sembawang Interchange - Montreal Drive (loop) via:
Sembawang Vista > Sembawang Drive > Admiralty Drive > Wellington Circle > Montreal Drive > u-turn at cul-de-sac, back along Montreal Drive > Wellington Circle > Canberra Road > Sembawang Way > Sembawang Vista > Sembawang Interchange
...with Bus-Plus mini-buses plying the route until the final form of route 883 is ready.
Oh, and as I found your routing a bit impossible, I decided to take a bit of liberty and shuffled some of the roads around up there.
Enhanced route 882: Yishun > Sembawang Park (loop) via:
Yishun Central > Yishun Avenue 3 > Yishun Ring Road > Yishun Avenue 5 > Sembawang Road > Sembawang Avenue > Sembawang Drive > Sembawang Way > Canberra Link > Sembawang Road, and u-turn at former Sembawang Road End bus terminal.
When the Montreal Drive extension is completed, the route is amended to ply:
... > Sembawang Drive > Admiralty Drive > Wellington Cricle > Montreal Drive > Sembawang Road, and u-turn at former Sembawang Road End bus terminal.

I did not say make this service ply Bt Batok and don't let it ply CCK. What I mean was using KJE to CCK and then down to Bt Batok, skipping Bt Panjang.
