Can also use MP3 Player with "Microphone" function as well. Most Creative MP3 players have the function and is quite affordable too (I am using that as well)

This particular recording remind me of those Mk3s that have whirring sound (sound like similar) for e.g. SBS593G, SBS810E and etc -
Got a better sound of the hub reduction now.

Now for something a little unusual and different. Here is a recording of ex-Riverton Bus Service No. 9, ex-Metropolitan (Perth) Passenger Transport Trust (MTT) No. 34 which is a 1958 Leyland Royal Tiger Worldmaster with Howard Porter bodywork and 4-speed Wilson pneumocyclic transmission.
And secondly, here is a recording of Sydney Buses (STA) Volvo B12BLE/Custom Coaches "CB60" No. 1541, one of 17 buses dedicated to the Liverpool to Parramatta T-WAY route T80. Note the next stop announcements and the Volvo Exhaust Brake!
