  The 3 speed Voith gearbox, which is the same as the one used in MK3, is adequate to hit 85km/h @ 2300rpm.

  
  it's not min 80kph

  it's max 80kph on Federal roads and 90kph on Lerbuhrayas (Expressways)

  How sure are you that 1233X and 1234T are perm 969? I just took both of them on 962 this past week. And last night.
