  Wow, HGDEP finally get all its latest SP 84xx Scania K230UBs go perm on services and get those earlier batch out. At the same time made some rearrangements among the bus services and transferred some DM3500s out to BBDEP and got only 1 fleet back from ARBP in return.

  I would think that SBS2732J might be out to BBDEP as well .

  Then the Batch 1s is now spare. Are they planning to do anything to those Batch 1s?

  Now that there are no more spare Nissan UDs left in WLDEP and whenever a perm Nissan UD from service 178 breaks down or go for PM, WLDEP can only replace them with Scanias or Merc cameos.

  Based on the trend in the past I got the feeling that those HGDEP spare Batch 1 Scania K230UBs may eventually land up in either BBDEP/ARBP side or SLBP side.

  The only perm Nissan UD on 853 is TIB1256E(laid up though) as shown at Yishun Int Roster. The 3 UDs you mentioned is only jumping around these services.

  Yes, it is one of the S-shift slot. This slot used to be done by a NAC Nissan U31 SCN (something like TIB328M or TIB329K, then TIB332A) way back in 2001. TIB377X became perm 853 after all the NAC buses were phased out, until somewhere in 2006 TIB1256E replaced TIB377X.

  For now yet to find out which bus replaces TIB1256E.

  HGDEP should have more than enough buses, they take in some new Scania K230UBs though there is no buses going off compared to BNDEP and AMDEP etc. Unless the Batch 1 K230UBs gets transferred out.

  Think SBS8140C and SBS8434E may end up in HGDEP too one day when their ads on the current deployments expire.

  BBDEP could be taking DM3500s from AMDEP next, especially those that are currently on services 70 and 162. At most service 162 gets full fleet K230UBs by then.
