People are watching this board as a source of information, and as bus fans you ought to be clear with what you inform the public about and not allow yourselves to be misinterpreted.
If you cannot guarantee an observation, say "may be" or "could be". If you say it will happen, I will request that you backup the information with evidence so I will know where the source is coming from, whether it is from within the bus company or not.Clearly and fully understood.
However, it's still totally acceptable that 'would be' could be used in that context to describe an opinion. For example, when I say, '2009 would be a bad year', it is part of, if not entirely, giving an honest opinion
Anyways, only time will tell whether it is correct. Well cheers and I hope that there's no offence taken. :D -

It does not mean that the rego ending with 4 will be fill up by Euro V version. If SBST really skip all the 4s till 8999, they can register 393 Euro V buses. So left around 7 buses without rego? But then we wont know whether they will register the Euro V buses from 8562 onwards or not. They might register it from 7500 onwards? or might split the rego just like what they do to MK IV Strider and LO2x.
