  Hmmm... Maybe when you saw, it's because of the causeway jam that cause the diversion to 913E instead? What's the rear desto service number? 911 or 913 or never put?

  Today afternoon some svc 81 and svc 53 buses had a short part of their routes diverted due to a traffic accident.

  At ard 4.30pm I happened to be on SBS9528L, svc 81 heading direction towards Serangoon Interchange.  When the bus was at Pasir Ris Drive 12, the bus would usually turn right, to enter TPE.  However, today the BC continued straight onto Tampines Ave 10 and turned right onto Tampines Rd.

  Original Route = Pasir Ris Drive 12 -> TPE -> KPE -> Tampines Rd (after KPE)

  Diverted Route = Pasir Ris Drive 12 -> Tampines Ave 10 -> Tampines Rd (entering at the junction near the temples / where svc 72 turns)

  Wen I asked the BC at the interchange, he said it was because a lorry had an accident at one of the exits along the expressway, hence some svc 81 and 53 buses heading towards Serangoon / Bishan had to be diverted.

   

   

  This morning, a cement truck did not pull down his rear tipper and hence crashed into the height limit at the KPE (ECP) exit in the direction towards SLE. The rear container was struck at the height limit while the truck itself veered off course (seemingly) and was found at the grass patch with its top left side smashed.

  Buses are currently still diverted afaik. Think the engineers need to check the height limit for its stability and safety and of course do some measurements.

  That exit is still closed as of 8:30 pm. The truck have already been cleared but there are still some policemen at the scence.

  TIB1243S lost the safeguard rims since May. Possibly they went over to TIB757H.
