  I think he is trying to spell out the body manufacturer, but B10M Mark 3 is the name of the model

  The body maker is Duple Metsec, and it is not affiliated with Volvo IIRC

  Duple Metsec is the bodywork manufacturer, whereas Volvo is the bus manufacturer.
