Wow... that has just raised a big red flag over this entire facre.
Survey companies that uses temporary or part-time staff (whom I assume are usually students looking for extra money) are not very reliable, as those people usually don't take their job very seriously, and the data they submit could be inaccurate or even outright lies.
How do I know? My own sister worked for such a company, and... well, I will just let you think about it.
If a large number of the staff have some sort of weird bias against SBS Transit (very highly likely, since, as I mentioned, these people are mostly students, and I often hear students getting pushed around by SBS Transit bus captains in regards to fare payment and such), then they might have tried to sabotage the survey against SBS Transit as revenge, if they know what the data they are collecting are going into (and I'm sure they know what they are doing).
I'm not jumping to conclusions, but with what chickenlittle2 said, this can be very likely. And no, this is not my bias against SMRT working up again, but I do feel that what SBS Transit got is far disproportionate compared with SMRT, even after factoring in fleet size and number of routes run, and assuming that they are just about as bad as each other - public opinion I have heard though is rather otherwise except in the area about fare collecting.
If LTA wants to be more serious about improving the quality of public transit in Singapore, they should do the survey work themselves and listen to public opinion more closely instead, rather than allowing such unprofessionalism to leech into the system.

All the fines go into the Transport Minister's pocket, where else.

Try the 5.30pm onwards trips toward Woodlands, then maybe you'll understand why.S925 cannot use bendies for obvious reasons, yet SMRT can't be bothered to add additional trips to improve its frequency. Come on, 1 bus per 20 minutes, can it lift passenger loads in Sungei Kadut without crushloading the bus? -_____________-"
try the 5pm trip.it is alrd full, before reaching the bus stop opposite KJDEP. My colleague have waited 30 mins last fri for 925 but when it come, it was full and she cant board. but actually, there are some downroute if i am not wrong.. In the morning, i saw downroute starting at Kranji MRT. In the evening, i do see some empty Sv 925 starting trips in sungei kadet/kranji area as well.
