Don't be so biased against foreign BCs. Think about it, if Singaporeans or Malaysians can be employed easily, why look for China BCs? If you don't want foreign BCs to work in a local environment, either go be a BC yourself or else encourage more of your fellow Singaporeans to become one.
SBST China BCs are moving out of their feeder zone. They will be taking over some slots in S69 S154 S185 etc.
You wouldn't want to be cast aside if you are a Singaporean working in China as a BC. Empathy.

I'm working in the construction industry with lots of china workers. Based on my direct work experience with them, i feel that they are not as negative as what most sporeans perceive them to be. They are quite polite (provided you show them some degree of respect) and are diligent in work and uses initiative and I prefer them to other foreign construction workers so far. I believe the same for china BCs, as most china nationals that i know of are ready and willing to adpat to our culture and style of living when they work in spore.

Credit to one PRC bus driver, while on 190, he actually asked me to teach him a few English phrases to do with the closing of doors and what not.. probably because he was reaching Orchard Road in a while.
