i went there last week. the Shuttle bus can pass through the abolished part of 400's route. Instead of having a shuttle bus, why not make 400 go there instead? it is about the same size ma. so why not?

there is another alternative route to there.the abolished part cannot pass thru

maybe current svc 400 can extend to marina barrage carpark rather looping no where in marina south + less or 0 passengers.

on weekends, fri night, cars park along the roads too.
those who've taken the shuttle can elaborate more.. & we hope you took it on a busy weekend.

the shuttle stops just outside the MRT entrance, near the traffic junction. note that this means it does'nt stop at 400/402 bus stop (a big bonus!)
at the barrage, the bus makes a 3-point turn and parks at a carpark (different from the carpark which the public parks)
in short, 400 can call at marina barrage carpark.. -

but 400 must pay. shuttle no need pay.
we know how cheapo singaporeans are. i know a few of them. they're here in SGForums. QX179R knows who they are too.

my view: last choice: withdrawn, reintroduce till IR is officially open.

since 402 duplicates 400 a lot, why not making the buses merge.?
