I tried the sms service on last Sunday morning and no reply from them althought the service has not subcharge during first 6 mths, but they have wasted my $0.05 (SMS charges) for nothing. :-< very frustrated after 1 more tried in the afternoon and still no result. they should have tested properly before roll out the system.
You don't run on plan ah :(
Actually it only works for bus stops along the schooling belt...very sad :(~ I still have to use iris.
I tried sending when I was at the busstop at Dover MRT, which suppose to have that service. But nothing came back. Is it true that Prepaid card users are not able to use this service?

Only 166 stops in the Western Academic Belt has the service. Check the publictransport@sg portal for the list.

"The service is available to M1, Singtel and Starhub's postpaid & prepaid mobile subscribers" stated in publictransport@SG. Anywhere I'm not going to spend money to be their GUINEA PIG again. @...@
