  SBS8207U SBS8442G are perm S199.

  SBS8437Y is STILL perm S185. SBS8207U was replacing SBS8437Y when it was missing.

  They hang WAB logo there to show that S185 is WAB service. When it returns to S199, they remove it until it is on a WAB service.

  8207U is actually not perm on 185... it just temporary replacement when 8437Y MIA
